Alloy grades and delivery conditions: equivalents table
Approximate equivalents between Ukrainian grades and international designations, plus what M / N / T mean.

Alloy designations do not match one-to-one across standards. The table is a guide; exact composition and properties are set by the standard the material was made to.
Aluminium
| Ukrainian grade | International equivalent | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| AD1 | 1100 (close) | Ductile parts, electrical and thermal |
| AMts | 3003 | Sheets, tanks, heat exchangers |
| AMg2 | 5052 | Welded items, humid environment |
| AMg6 | 5083 (close) | Loaded welded structures |
| AD31 | 6063 | Profiles, anodising, decor |
| AD33 | 6061 | Structural parts |
| D16T | 2024-T4 (close) | Load-bearing parts, machining |
| V95 | 7075 (close) | Highly loaded parts |
Copper and brass
| Ukrainian grade | International equivalent | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| M1 | Cu-ETP (C11000) | Electrical, busbars |
| L63 | CuZn37 (close) | General brass: sheet, strip, rod |
Delivery condition
| Mark | Meaning | When to choose |
|---|---|---|
| M | Soft (annealed) | Bending, stamping, deep drawing |
| P | Half-hard | A compromise between strength and ductility |
| N / T | Work-hardened / heat-treated (hard) | Strength, stiffness, machining |
Rolled-product size tolerances are set by the relevant standard (DSTU, GOST, EN) and listed in the supply specification. Cutting tolerances depend on material and thickness — the technologist confirms them.
